Your child will be participating in our class Science Fair. Students will be expected to complete a home project and a written report. Each project should contain the following information:
1. Name of project. 2. Resources. 3. Bibliography 4. Two - three page written report describing what the student has learned. 5. Three - dimensional physical project (experiments are acceptable).
I encourage parents to help their children by: 1. Discussing possible topics fro the Science Project. 2. Visiting your local public library to help in gathering of information for the Science Project. 3. Helping to plan the physical parts of the project. 4. Encouraging and praising children throughout the development and construction of the project.
March 22nd, a planning packet was sent home with your child. In your child’s planning packet is a list of further descriptions for parent assistance, lists of possible project ideas, and the project planning sheet that is due Wednesday, April 3rd.
